Within CO+I, the Product and Services Optimization Team is responsible for supporting optimization initiatives across a portfolio of tools and processes around datacenter critical environments. As the Senior Technical Program Manager – Critical Environment Procure to Pay, you will play a critical role in ensuring our procure to pay processes are optimized for maximum value for our stakeholders. Your deep procure to pay knowledge and your experience driving process optimization initiatives will be instrumental in assisting the organization achieve it’s goals.

  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with great project management skills who is passionate about process efficiencies, will drive actionable insights across complex business, and will identify and resolve critical problems for our stakeholders.

  • Works with operations and engineering to implement mechanisms to increase procure to pay efficiencies

  • Becomes a subject matter expert on all systems and policies related to CE P2P

  • Works with cross-functional (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Finance) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery with minimal coaching.

  • Produces collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.

  • Operational Experience - Facilitation of end to end procure to pay, and operational program management through financial project closeout (i.e., tools, processes, capabilities, procedures etc.).

  • Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.

  • Trusted Advisor - Provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders answering related questions or issues, while demonstrating a positive attitude.

  • Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.

  • Defines vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization

  • Ensures buy in and adoption of the new program or change by others in the organization.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in finance, product/technical program management, business operations, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

  • 3+ years of supply chain, finance operations, or procurement experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)

  • SAP Ariba experience

  • Sound business acumen and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within multiple levels of an organization

  • Be comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using data to influence decision making

  • Knowledge of engineering agile methodologies

  • Demonstrated influencing skills, with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work streams across various levels of the organization, and prioritize as needed, including pushing back

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
