Off the plan residential sales executive with uncapped earning potential

All leads supplied direct from database – genuine customer enquiry

Castle Hill / Western Sydney location

CBRE are Sydney’s leader in off the plan sales. We focus exclusively on quality properties and developer clients. We are looking for skilled sales people to start, continue or further their career in residential off the plan sales.

The opportunity

  • Selling off the plan apartments that are new to market and first time offered

  • Opportunity to sell multiple projects offered by CBRE

  • High level onboarding and ongoing sales training.

  • Work closely with project director and have fulltime onsite support.

  • No experience required & all training provided.

  • Utilise high level Salesforce CRM, optimising the way you work on laptop supplied to you

  • Face to face selling from multi-million dollar, purpose built display suits

  • Opportunity to sell premium architecturally designed projects with premium finishes throughout.

Does this sound like you?

  • Desire to pursue/further a career in Residential sales

  • Current NSW Real Estate registration Certificate holder or be prepared to obtain the certification

  • Hold a current driver’s licence and a car

  • Available to work both Saturday and Sundays

  • Strong communication, able to build rapport and work in a sales driven environment
