Role reports to: Senior Manager Amazon Omni Performance

Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%

Pay: $97,000 - $166,750

What will you do

The Amazon Acceleration & Organic Performance Manager is responsible for delivering organic penetration growth on Amazon. This individual will lead and identify strategic growth opportunities, in collaboration with cross-functional partners, to accelerate the Amazon business and optimize overall investment. The Organic Performance Manager is responsible to accelerate our internal automation and reporting efficiencies to standardize processes across retailers. Through leading a team of highly-skilled eCommerce analysts, this person will leverage test & learns data-backed insights to build broader eCommerce channel strategy and advise on retailers’ capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Amazon Sales Team to achieve and exceed business objectives

  • Work cross-functionally with key connected commerce, brand, media, and digital shelf partners to shape go to market strategies

  • Lead SEO keyword recommendations for PDP content creation and SEO keyword brand strategy

  • Identify shopper and competitive insights to advise differentiating omnichannel activations and influence strategic capabilities

  • Lead third-party relationships including Flywheel, Pacvue, and MSPP Amazon Partnerships

  • Provide thought leadership in creating organic reporting and tool development in partnership with cross functional teams and key vendor partners

  • Work in close partnership with the Retail Media team to streamline territories/efficiencies within spend

  • Lead measurement of metrics that matter objectives and drive team accountability through tools and ways of working.

  • Contribute to the joint business planning process to shape strategies and showcase results.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

  • A minimum of 8 years work history required

  • Passion for digital analytics, quality and performance, with a desire to leverage strong analytical skills to uncover business drivers and identify solutions.

  • Analytical thinking to understand, analyze and synthesize large volumes of data and address complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings and implications is required

  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking and the aptitude to prioritize tasks

Desired Qualifications

  • 4 Years of experience in eCommerce, retail search, search analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field is highly preferred

  • Experience working with eCommerce analytics tools such as Pacvue, Profitero, Stackline, Vendor Central, Edge by Ascential, etc. is highly preferred

  • People Management experience is preferred
