SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES

Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan (regional)

  • Create, maintain and execute a sales business plan (regional)

  • To develop and implement sales strategies, and evaluate tactics.

  • Analysis of team, sales situation, the current market, and our competitors.

  • Hold meetings to review specific opportunities and target account programs.

Expected Results: To implement a sales strategy and ensure its execution in order to guarantee the achievement of results expected.

Management of sales plan

  • To build up new links and maintain existing relations with the market

  • To ensure that the sales standards of performance are met by sales team.

  • Manage (region) sales & sales activities according to strategic plan and take necessary actions in order to ensure performance and productions expected.

Main Activities:

  • Represents the brand at the market.

  • Oversees the actions and contacts of the sales force for major accounts, ensures that all commitments made with the customer are met, and ensures the level of quality of the services and communication and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from prospecting-promotion to product delivery and responses to complaints.

  • Ensures that its teams have the highest level of performance in the market in terms of product knowledge, services and customer communication.

  • Helps to develop and implement approaches aimed at continuous improvement of the products/services and differentiation of CMA CGM’s image in the market.

Expected Results: To ensure the definition of and compliance with effective sales activities, help to strengthen the customer relationship and develop CMA CGM’s strong and distinctive image in its market.

Team Management

  • To motivate sales team, establishing individual and team goals and objectives.

  • Performance management of sales team, including performance reviews and development plans.

  • Manage team performance and works for continuous performance improvement.

  • Anticipates human impact of changes and sets actions to ensure proper change implementation.

  • Ensures team development and support them in all their needs.

  • Gives direction to individual and collective work regularly to generate motivation.

  • Energizes staff and generates personal commitment.

  • Organizes his/her team in line with company policies, sales strategy and operational requirements.

  • Recruits high-quality staff and implement processes for integrating employees into the position, according to company need, to ensure success and return on investment.

  • Manages his/her team and monitor employees on an individual basis (set objectives, assess their performance, monitor completion of their assignments) to help them become more effective in their work.

  • Supports the professional development of the team: analyze training needs, prepare job descriptions, coach.

  • Ensures that his/her team members have the highest level of performance in the market in terms of customer service, product knowledge, understanding of customer requirements and exploration of new solutions/opportunities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree: Degree Required in Business Administration, Logistics, Comex and related

  • IT and System Requirements: Intermediary level of Outlook and Microsoft Office. Within 90 days it will be expected to have an intermediate level on LARA, MIRA, DIVA and CRM

  • Language: English

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Working With Sales/Sales Manager
