Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis for Baltics and Ukraine:

  • In collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Finance Director contribute to the preparation and submission of the ADS (Demand), Plan, LBE, Long Range Plan (LRP) packages and their related supporting documentation. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all requested documents.

  • Make sure that the information residing in the financial systems used for the S&OP process is reliable and updated.

  • Support Finance Business Partners in the consolidation of the information that is going to be used in the Standard and Operating Procedures (S&OP) meeting.

  • Maintenance and uploading of sales, expenses and other financial related data into the financial planning and related systems.

  • Monitoring, validation, and analysis of variances of monthly sales (Perf, price and volume). Process will include, but will not be limited to, validation between the existing Systems. The names of these systems and uses may change as the corporation adapts to business needs.

  • As per request provide support to preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting to headquarters, as per financial policy requirements.

  • Support management in strategic initiatives, as directed.

  • Act as backup for Finance Business Partner where applicable.

  • Demand and S&OP Process management for Ukraine

  • To manage and provide the provision of the products in accordance with the company goals, inventory, and procedures, to avoid running out of stocks, according to company inventory level goals.

  • To provide the follow up of products in warehouse or customs with respect to expiry dates, to adopt necessary measures for products under the risk of destruction due to near expiry and to mitigate destruction risk.

  • To provide the adoption of necessary measures for the transportation of products

  • To prevent costs, which may occur as a result of mismanagement of inventory of any reason.

  • Processing and tracking customers’ orders.

  • Providing overall inventory management.

  • Maintain the mechanisms for matching incoming orders to forecasts, managing abnormal demands and following procedure.

  • Receive and process customer claims.

  • Maintain, track and review inventory and Accounts Receivable reserves.

  • Maintain distributor agreements and commission profiles and yearly credit limits.

  • To provide workplace data accuracy, in all records and reports.

  • To maintain relations with AbbVie Logistics, Affiliate and Distributors.

  • To provide necessary coordination and communication to meet demand requirements.

  • Resolve pricing, discount, rebate query. Be owner of discount / action schemes.

  • Assist Market Access in price approval process regarding internal system.

  • To participate in the meetings related to new products. Launch Excellence Coordination, active participation in Brand Teams.

  • To organize and provide necessary coordination for proper operations of monthly S&OP process.

  • To manage and to provide sales performance information.

  • To act in compliance with local legislation and company policies and procedures.

  • To be always audit ready.

Qualifications

  • University degree with at least 3 years’ industry experience and experience in material planning.

  • Capable of handling multiple priorities; attention to detail.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact within affiliate cross-functional teams, AbbVie Logistics and Distributors.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written/oral communication in Latvian, English and preferably Ukrainian

  • Proficient PC software (Microsoft) skills and various database applications.
