CACI's Mastodon Design team in Rochester, NY is looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team and run the USSOCOM Account. Mastodon Design specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers’ next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals and communications systems.
What You’ll Get to Do
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in USSOCOM Communities SIGINT / EW community representing Mastodon product portfolio
Focus on CACI Mastodon SIGINT/EW initiatives that drive growth through market expansion, product expansion, and new technology developments
More About the Role
Responsible for building/managing pipeline and accurately forecasting opportunities within the account
Manages Customer Relationship Management tool to track product sales and development opportunities within the account
Provides timely, accurate, actionable insights on market and budgetary trends, global threat environment, and competitors, to support Mastodon initiatives and product developments
Collaborates with program management, product line management, and engineering on potential opportunities to drive growth in the account
Develops and maintains relationships with industry partners for potential teaming opportunities to expand growth in the account
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
15+ years of operational experience operating SIGINT/EW systems in an operational environment
An active TS/SCI clearance
Prior Special Operations Forces (SOF) EW/SI Experience
Detailed understanding of Electronic Warfare operations in all domains
Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to, propagation, detectability, and direction finding
Ability to interact with the customer to understand the requirements of that customer and translate those to a Mastodon engineering requirement
Ability to travel on short notice to support customer engagements and product demonstrations
Understanding of foreign militaries and partnering relationships especially within SOF
Ability to brief product portfolio to all levels within USSOCOM
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions
Familiarity with RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking.
Familiar with data analytics market trends and applications
Enjoys working with people, developing relationships and sharing knowledge
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,800-$191,000
