Waiter.com (http://waiter.com/), one of the nation's leading independent Corporate Restaurant Delivery Services, is looking for a new Customer Service Specialist!
Customer Service Specialist:
The Customer Service Specialist delivers customer service and provides customer support to Waiter.com (http://waiter.com/) customers via phone, live-chat and e-mail. The position will also entail assisting with various marketing, sales and client services initiatives as well as maintaining the content of our site.

The position is Full Time. The schedule will include night shifts and weekends. Please do not apply if you are not available for weekends (Friday Night, Saturday morning or evening and Sundays mornings), and holidays.
This position is in-person in our SE Portland office. Remote work possibility is to be evaluated based on individual candidate, but applicants must be able to work in person
Requirements:
Fully vaccinated
Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Energetic, reliable, & self-motivated.
Type 50+ wpm (CANDIDATES WILL BE GIVEN A TYPING ASSESSMENT)
Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills.
Knowledge of Mac/PC programs and Internet Savvy.
Previous customer service and office experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Google Applications a plus!
Some college preferred.
Knowledge / Background in food industry preferred.
Available Friday evening (2pm - 9pm), Saturday evening (2pm - 9pm), Sunday Morning (8am - 2pm) + 2 weekdays (Monday & Tuesday 10am - 5pm)
