An Educational organization in Pittsburgh needs a Payroll Analyst.

The role temporary to hire.

The position is 100% remote.

The Payroll Analyst would be responsible for the following duties:

• Processing payroll union and non-union payroll

• Auditing payroll

• Multi-state payroll experience is required

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements

• Process in-house payroll for over 27, 000 employees

• Running Excel reports to capture payroll errors

Requirements

• An Associate or Bachelor's is required in a business, accounting, economics, or finance field

• University or Community College payroll experience is a HUGE plus

• High-level Excel experience is required

• Oracle experience is a huge plus

• Proficiency in payroll for over 500 employees

• Union payroll experience is a plus

• Previous payroll and accounting experience is required
