Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Odessa, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, phone communication, and in-person customer interaction. As a crucial member of our team, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our customer service department by effectively handling customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering data for customer orders received via email and ensuring orders are processed.

• Answering phone calls and taking orders over the phone in a professional manner.

• Greeting customers in-store and providing assistance as needed.

• Responding to customer questions regarding orders and during pick-up times.

• Utilizing detailed analysis skills to review orders and ensure accuracy.

• Communicating professionally with customers through email correspondence.

• Utilizing high-volume data entry skills to process large amounts of information.

• Performing receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and directing calls.

• Gathering and utilizing customer feedback to improve our service.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer service issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service is essential, including the ability to resolve customer service issues and deliver superior customer service.

• Experience in a call center customer service environment is desirable.

• Demonstrated skills in detailed analysis, review, and the preparation of reports and messages.

• Strong phone etiquette and professional phone etiquette skills are required.

• Excellent email communication and correspondence abilities.

• Proficiency in computer data entry, including high-volume data entry, is required.

• Prior experience performing receptionist duties is beneficial.

• Ability to handle and utilize customer feedback for improvement.

• Proven track record in customer growth, pricing, quotes, retention, and satisfaction.

• All candidates must be able to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Candidates must be able to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction of the company.

• Proficiency in email communications and correspondence is required.

• Experience in detailed message preparation and report generation is beneficial.
