  • Summary Description

The position will be accountable for executing data analysis across all aspects of Detention and Demurrage billing activities, such as (but not limited too):

  • Audit DND calculations per systems logic/rules

  • Verify Equipment Transaction and DND Start/Stop Activities

  • Reconcile/clean up TBI report from APL systems with actual billing

  • Provide support to Rate Dispute in reviewing billing cancellations & adjustments

  • Validate Tariff in APL systems is matching Tariff found in SVC

  • Transfer US Commercial TBI to US GVT/Mil. Department Code

The individual will work with the Director – Local Revenue and Manager – Local Revenue

Required Education

University Student/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or 4-year equivalent technical degree desired

Experiences

Finance, Accounting, Audit (industry experience or a combination thereof preferable)

Skill Sets

High-proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel with high level of knowledge regarding different functions usage.

Ability to interpret, analyze, and reconcile numerical data with great accuracy and attention to details.

Prioritize responsibilities, well organized, multi-task and adapt work schedule to meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills for use in direct supervision and communicate effectively
