Vontier Product Marketing Manager in Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the marketing organization's go-to expert on target users/personas, use cases, and solutions utilizing Invenco by GVR products for your region.

• Public-facing representative for Invenco by GVR products and solutions in assigned region. Conduct live demos, present your product when called upon, and be ready to engage both partners and customers directly to solicit their feedback and experiences to enrich your knowledge - and their perceptions of your portfolio.

• Develop and implement the product marketing commercialization roadmap and campaign plan for Invenco products and solutions in region.

• Define target audience and identify audience opportunities for marketing campaigns.

• Partner with Brand and Digital to deliver on marketing opportunities.

• Building out product market content library to support go-to-market efforts.

• Own product positioning and drive benefits-first messaging of relevant, differentiated solutions for region.

• Maintain brand standards and ensure brand messaging is aligned across all marketing and communications channels.

• Liaison with product and sales to prioritize key focus areas and opportunities.

• Drive commercial launch of new products in your region:

o Work with marketing team to determine launch scope

o Work with Product Management Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth internal and external launches across portfolio.

o Manage end of life and transition communications (sales, service, sunset).

• Provide sales-enablement support to the sales team to deliver on revenue goals.

• Strategize and support large bids with regional subject matter experts.

• Provide direction and support material to MarCom team for offline and online presence (brochures, website, PR, lead gen campaigns, expositions, conferences, etc.)

• Contribute to channel and sales strategies to ensure achievement of business growth objectives.

• Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure internal alignment to support marketing initiatives and growth strategies.

Commercial & Industrial Offering

• Identify unmet customer pain points to be addressed in collaboration with regional field marketer, offering specialist and sales.

• Provide quarterly update on changing technology/regulation requirements.

• Synthesize VOC outcome and translate into relevant business cases.

• Monitor NPD Revenue Say/Do and align corrective actions with field marketing managers and regional subject matter experts.

Education & Experience:

• Total Experience in years: 5+ years’ experience

• Graduation/ Degree: Graduate

Background and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related customer-facing role. Product marketing experience preferred.

• Strong English communication skills required.

• University degree, Engineering degree preferred.

• Retail fuel market and forecourt controller experience and understanding (preferred)

• Payment ecosystem knowledge or exposure (preferred)

• Commercial & Industrial fuel market experience (preferred)

• Motivated individual with the desire to learn and develop.
