Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to join our clients' team and support their wholesale operations. The Wholesale Assistant will be responsible for processing customer orders, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of wholesale activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders and liaise with stakeholders for timely fulfillment.

• Prepare orders and coordinate with warehouse and customers for collections.

• Provide product information and create commercial invoices.

• Fulfill sample requests and prepare reports for customers.

• Coordinate logistics and internal stock transfers.

• Update sales order overview daily and set up new customer accounts.

• Generate and maintain price lists, prepare reports, and manage stock reports weekly.

• Upload and manage content and documents in shared folders.

• Analyze online retailers for market intelligence and relay product information to relevant departments.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in wholesale operations.

• Microsoft Excel experience.

• Order entry and shipment processing is a must.

• Very organized and detailed.
