A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Creating our dishes with pride to exceed our diner's expectations

• Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste

• Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws

• Offering prep support to the kitchen team

• Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player where we all pitch in

What we need from you:

• Previous chef experience at Commis, Demi or CdP level with a broad cuisine knowledge

• Trade qualification is essential

• Ability to work in a busy kitchen as part of a team who works together with the Food & Beverage team

• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23kg, which can involve bending and kneeling

• Availability to work varied shifts across 7 days, including nights and public holidays

• Working rights to work in Australia (unfortunately sponsorship is not an option)
