As a Marketing research Analyst, dedicated to performing various industries analysis, you set up, coordinate, lead researches and produce market studies which summarize / focus on the industry trends and facts likely to impact the development of the Group. You bring a better knowledge of our customers and detect business opportunities.
You coordinate relationships with the Group various departments, providers or partners in order to obtain qualitative and quantitative data and information (purchase of databases, briefs with institute of studies, selection and exchange with the expert community...);
You produce specifications (budget, technical solutions…) in accordance with the objectives of the study;
You synthetize all informations gathered, you check the quantified data available in order to bring relevant information to the business and customer sectors;
You determine the positioning of CMA CGM in these business sectors, and detect business opportunities and define market tendencies trends;
In coordination with the Media Intelligence Officer and various involved parties, you watch the business sectors and their actors;
You present results of your studies to your management and various involved parties.
Graduated of a Master degree (marketing / economy / management / engineer), you have a solid working experience.
You have a knowledge of software for the treatment of statistics, and an understanding of statistical modeling techniques more or less complex according to business needs.
You have a strong Marketing culture. Complete knowledge of marketing tools in order to give the most relevant strategic recommendations is essential.
Data results Visualization : Excel, Access, Spad, SPSS, PowerPoint…
Good Knowledge of potential providers for qualitative and quantitative studies is essential.
High standard of English needed.
