Description:

• Production Operator

• The production operator position is compromised of three general functions: reactor operator, blending/ packaging operator, and truck/ railcar transfer operator.

• Rotating shift: will change every 3 months

• Weekly pay

• Benefits: health insurance, vision, dental, etc..

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor a continual chemical process, batch reactors, blend vessels, and storage tanks

• Conduct bulk material transfer using pumps, hoses, filters and other transfer equipment

• Monitor the plant utilities and wastewater systems

• Complete all necessary paperwork and electronic documentation (batch records, checklists, log sheets, etc..)

• Collect process samples, perform simple in-process lab analyses, and make adjustments as needed
