Role Responsibilities

  • You will respond to work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and or maintenance of client hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases.

  • Your will perform new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair.

  • You will also evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals in LACA region.

  • Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.

  • Assists in integration of new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.

  • Performs additional job duties when required.

Role Requirements

  • High School degree plus additional relevant technical certifications, at least one (1) to three (3) years of related IT experience providing end user support preferably within the operations environment.

  • Experience in a company with ITIL processes implemented and working with mobile devices that run in Android or iOS

  • Experience supporting end user operating systems including MS Windows 10, MacOS.

  • Knowledge of device and software deployment and management tools including Active Directory, MS Office, Antivirus, Tanium, Audio Video tools, Avaya.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to interact with partners globally.

  • Upper intermediate English Level.
