Sales Department has as role to drive the multi-functional strategy in order to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales market share and profit.

You will build and be responsible for the delivery of P&G’s in-market strategies, positioning our Company, our customers, and our Shoppers to win. As part of one of the world’s best sales management programs, you will derive insights from data to craft winning selling propositions to a wide variety of customers, from retailers, distributors and wholesalers.

Main Responsibilities

· Sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives.

· Manage and improve distribution, pricing and volume growth.

· Develop and administrate productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell business plans where everybody wins.

· Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights

· Provide input into retailer category strategy

· A college degree (Bachelor’s, preferably with some business focus)

· No experience needed (Max 3 years of relevant experience)

· Leadership, ownership and people management skills

· Sales interest- entry level or 1year experience

· Intermediate / advanced level of English
