Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, assessment, and implementation of network solutions with a focus on Cisco technologies.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge and hands-on experience in routing, switching, and firewall configurations.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.

• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

• Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize network efficiency, and ensure network security and connectivity.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for network management.

• Lead and mentor junior network engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.

• Manage and oversee large-scale network projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Cisco Routing and Switching.

• 7+years of experience in Firewall Experience.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Proven expertise in network architecture, design, and deployment.

• Proficient in network troubleshooting and support.

• Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Prisma Cloud, Azure, and AWS.
