This position will be responsible for support the delivery of the agreed upon service to the clients to achieve a high level of client satisfaction. He/ she is expected to contribute in business development activities & service excellence to maintain customer loyalty and achievement of the renewal target of the team.

The Role

• Visit clients and collect information to understand the client's business in depth

• Work as a team to agree on value propositions for clients

• Contribute with the placement process and lead the renewal process for the client

• Coordinate with the team and other areas to resolve customer queries/orders

• Prepare detailed visit reports so the product team can identify transactions

• Develop the cross sale strategy as well as new new strategy.

The Requirements

• Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related careers.

• Minimum experience of 3 years or more in similar positions, preferably handling international accounts

• Excel intermediate level

• Customer Support

• Advanced English
