We are seeking highly motivated QA Automation Engineer – SDET with solid automation and/or performance test experience. Successful candidate will have experience in designing, building, and executing automated tests against Web Applications and Web Services. You must be proficient in developing automation solutions from ground up and have advanced knowledge of different automation techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling all aspects of developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using automation tools. As part of this role, you’ll verify the usability, function, performance, and scalability of our applications

• Build automation tools and framework extensions to unlock new functionality to support unique team needs

• Developing and maintaining performance test procedures, (and) test reports

• Initiating and setting up automation and performance monitoring processes

• Actively contributing the Quality Practices teams in creating and setting up Automation and Performance Testing best practices for the organization

• Working with various teams to help solve their automation problems

• Coordinating with various teams to work through performance test failures

Must Have Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of QA process and software development life-cycle

• Must have strong knowledge of programming language and concepts (3+ Years)

• Hands on experience with automated testing tools Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Play Wright, Postman, Swagger or similar testing tool (2+ years)

• Extensive working knowledge of designing/maintaining test automation framework

• Experience testing web applications across multiple browsers and operating systems including mobile

• Experience with version control and group repositories such as Github

• Proficient in installing, configuring, maintaining, and administering performance testing framework/tool(s)

• Ability to prepare and deliver test reports on testing progress and system performance

• Must be comfortable to present, teach, mentor teams on Automation test framework

• Has basic knowledge on CI/CD cycle and DevOps pipeline

• Must have great analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as thrive in a dynamic work environment

• Ability to handle multiple project and task responsibilities simultaneously and switch among them quickly to meet prioritized business needs

• Candidate should be able to communicate well in English (interpersonal, listening, written and oral)
