Description

The Shop Manager is responsible for leading and managing the store operaƟon to deliver the highest

standards of customer service and to maximize sales and proĮtability in line with company’s

objecƟves . He / she is also responsible for the inventory , maintenance and external appearance of

his / her shop .

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

3 years of experience in a managerial role; Previous experience in the industry/retail is a major plus

Fluency in English

ProĮciency in MS Oĸce

Skills SpeciĮc for Sports Goods retail: CollecƟve Game, Project oriented, Athlete/ambassador,

EnthusiasƟc, Contributor, Empathic, Entrepreneur and responsible

SpeciĮc for Sports Goods retail: AcƟve parƟcipaƟon in at least one sporƟng acƟvity and expert

knowledge of sporƟng events
