ROLE:

Within the Sales management France, you handle the elaboration of the policy and the commercial action on your market, in the respect for the objectives of the company on its shipping lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As such, under the authority of the Sales management of the Agency France, you participate in the commercial elaboration of the action plan, in interface with the Directions of Shipping lines and sales network in France.

You guarantee the application of the commercial policy on your scope, in the respect for the priorities clientele and of the segmentation of your portfolio.

Reference point for sales force Orders France, you define and establish adequate and competitive sales arguments.

You study and propose new markets, new departments, adapt the pricing policy, watch the ratio of conversion of the quotations, to gain new market shares, maximize volumes and contributions on your scope.

You communicate regularly with the set of the Commercial Persons in charge in our offices to clear the points of synergy.

You establish reporting by market and by department for the attention of the Directions of shipping lines and you develop market studies.

You manage and lead a commercial team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

You have a Master’s Degree in International Trade/Logistics/Transport and a 5 experience in a shipping commercial position. You have good command of office tools and speak English fluently.

Your interpersonal and negotiation skills will be essential to communicate efficiently with your contacts.

Your persuasion, proactivity and leadership will enable you to be successful in the performance of your duties.
