Operations Coordinator

What you would do as our Operations Coordinator:

You will play a key role in supporting the efficient functioning of day-to-day operations within the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks, resources, and processes. Your responsibilities will include project management, supplier communication and work with internal stakeholders to help achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

You would also:

  • Communicate with suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise along with your manager.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, logistics, finance and facilities, to support their operational needs and initiatives.

  • Support project managers in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Maintain and input accurate data in databases and spreadsheets and generate reports as required to support operational decision-making.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the involved teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.

  • Ensure the products delivered meet the ASSA ABLOY quality standard.

    The skills and experience you need:

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar or related role managing day-to-day operations at a contract manufacturer.

  • Has work experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

  • Has relevant work experience or holds a degree in electronics.

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Has experience working with multiple teams.

  • Exhibits strong planning and organizational skills.
