As our Compliance Services Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate research and provide support to our internal and external audit teams, internal control teams and compliance teams. Together we do what matters.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with experts across the organization to deliver process improvement and service expansion as it relates to delivering compliance support as a service.

• Partner with in-market and global teams to deliver information and materials to support the completion of audits, such as ISO and SOC, audits to satisfy client requirements, internal and external audits.

• Own creation and maintenance of process and training documentation related to audit processes and procedures.

• Support the creation of documentation related to the performance of internal controls performed by in-market and global delivery teams.

• Participate in the creation and delivery of large-scale global projects and initiatives.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in HR, auditing or compliance.

• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience working with Workday and/or ServiceNow is a plus.
