Job Description: We are seeking an honest, hardworking, and energetic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role is central to our mission of helping people understand, shop for, and utilize health insurance effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls for new enrollments and servicing existing clients without the need for cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal organization.
  • Follow up on approved insurance policies, ensuring all processes are completed accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks and manage office mail.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in insurance is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-site training.

Excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor; willingness to learn the complexities of insurance.
