MYYNTIKOORDINAATTORI

Vahvistamme kenttämyyntiorganisaatiotamme ja etsimme meille sopivaa henkilöä vastaamaan myyntikoordinaattorin tehtävistä.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu:

Myyntikoordinaattorina vastaat päivittäisistä myynnin tukitehtävistä ja toimiston yleisistä asioista.

Tehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa:

• Myynnin järjestelmien ylläpito ja päivittäminen kuten asiakastietojen hallinta, myynninedistämissuunnittelun ja listausten ylläpito sekä raportointi

• Tarjoat tukea ja mahdollistat myynnin järjestelmien tehokkaan käytön

• Ylläpidät ja päivität myynnin raportteja

• Toimit Pohjoismaisen Sales Systems -tiimin Suomen yhteyshenkilönä

• Osallistut myynnin järjestelmien käyttöönottoon ja testaamiseen

• Tuet myyntikenttää järjestelmien ja laitteiden käytössä

• Vastaat monista toimiston yleisistä asioista

Tehtävän vaatimukset:

• Kokemus myynnin tukitehtävistä tai vastaavista tehtävistä

• Proaktiivistaluonnetta ja erinomaisiakommunikaatiotaitoja

• Oletpalveluhenkinenongelmanratkaisija

• Haluat työskennellä aktiivisesti osana tiimiä

• Hyväorganisointi- ja ajanhallintakyky

• Tarkkuus ja huolellisuusyksityiskohtiensuhteen

• Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito

• Käytätsujuvasti MS Office -ohjelmistoja

• Kokemus SAPin ja Power BI:n käytöstä on eduksi
