Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Management Consultancy industry based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling inbound and some outbound sales-related calls, and efficiently managing customer-related data.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls and resolve customer inquiries.

• Conduct outbound calls as necessary to predetermined continuous customers.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage customer service email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries.

• Ensure efficient order entry and schedule appointments as necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document creation.

• Leverage skills in Account Management and B2B Sales to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.

• Ensure all customer interactions are in line with company standards and protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls.

• Experience in a call center customer service role.

• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations with a positive and professional attitude.

• Proficiency in data entry and order entry.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.

• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager and general CRM tools.

• Proven track record in account management.

• Experience in B2B sales.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certification in relevant field is a plus.
