Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations and Contracts Strategy for our Healthcare System client based out of New Jersey. This person will work hand in hand with differnet revenue ops teams to complete special projects on a continuous basis. The teams would include finance analytics, chargemaster, revenue integrity, managed care, and contract management. This person will work to take in ad hoc requests from difference from different stakeholders and groups at the system, sketch out the work and oversee the project as well as occasionally play a hands on role. These projects will cover both the HB and PB side of the system as well.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years of healthcare finance operations and contracts strategy experience

- 3+ years of supervisory, project management, or leadership experience

- Strong EPIC EMR working environment background

- Experience working with data analytics/data management projects, managed care, chargemaster teams, or any other finance ops teams

- Excel data modeling experience

- Bachelors degree - EPIC certifications

- HB and PB experience null
