We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important customers. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities
Develop trusting relationships with existing and potential new customers
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
Proven experience as a key account manager
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Willingness to travel
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
COMPENSATION:
Salary Range of $80,000 - $115,000
