The Role

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Broking Executive; the purpose of this role will be to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients & prospects, provide a superior level of client service and supporting growth of the business unit. Your role as in the team will include the following elements:

• Perform the broking activities for a portfolio of clients dealing with New Business Opportunities, Renewals and Mid Term Alterations.

• Collaborate with Producers, actively support and develop the Regions business.

• Build and develop market relationships in collaboration with Account Directors.

• Ensure account planning is in place for all clients/prospects and that key actions are completed on time.

• Development and ongoing servicing of the production pipeline supported by Microsoft Dynamics.

• Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner while ensuring all client deadlines are met.

• Achieve an appreciation of each client’s business & culture.

The Requirements

• Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified.

• Previous experience working for an Insurer or Broker role.

• Comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the new business sales process.

• Ability and passion to move successfully through a sales process and successfully close the business.

• Problem solver, proactive, resilient and flexible.

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to build & strengthen relationships

• You have excellent attention to detail and complete of all tasks on time.
