Job Descritpion

*Lead extended sales force and Trade and Marketing agencies;

Manage and control KPIs to sales execution and brand visibility activities;

  • Development, creation, production and logistics of promotional material;

  • Lead strategy at POS in all different sales channels;

  • Ensure execution of sales plans by supporting demand generation activities;

  • Responsible for creating and implementing HP campaigns and partners' promotional calendars;

  • Ensure the best point of sale execution and continuous growth in market share;

  • Lead training and incentive plans for retailers' sales forces

  • Propose commercial strategies, guaranteeing marketing plan execution and results and the execution of strategic goals.

  • Develop calendars in the sales channel and marketing strategy, ensuring the expected results.

  • Contribute in a strategic and operational way to the development and implementation of all projects involving the POS

Ensure that products are at the ideal execution standard, with the correct portfolio and pricing, and in accordance with the merchandising standards defined in the execution manual, ensuring uniformity and alignment with the priorities for each Category.

  • Monitor KPIs, as well as suggest improvements;

  • Develop and update market segmentation;

  • Create and develop the trade marketing area, focusing on channel strategy;

  • Responsible for executing the annual activation plan;

  • Monitor Performance Indicators such as sell out, positive results, mix and monitoring of launch reports, among others;

  • Lead performance analyzes with structural advances in Channels by analyzing internal and external customer data (have control of activities with pre and post evaluation together with the Commercial Team and Trade Category);

  • Lead the coordination of actions and trade calendar with the sales team

  • Investment and Budget Management (execution, planning and process);

  • Will play a fundamental role in building JBP and monitoring support with customers and stakeholders.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience
